Policies

  • All new piercing appointments require a $20 deposit, which will be deducted from the total price of your service.  Consultations, jewelry installations and removals, and jewelry purchases require a $10 deposit which will be applied toward your purchase, service, and/or our additional PPE and disinfection. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable (such as to other clients) and non negotiable. Walk-ins are subject to availability, so we suggest scheduling an appointment. If we are booked with prior appointments, we may not be able to fit you in as a walk-in due to current limited capacity requirements.

  • Appointments for new piercings do not include the price of jewelry, so scheduling a consultation prior to your piercing appointment is advised if you would like to go over jewelry options and have the most accurate idea of pricing, as we can only provide general information online and over the phone which may or may not be accurate to your unique piercing procedure. Plain titanium pieces begin at $40, with basic 14k gold ends beginning at $70.

  • It is also helpful to schedule a consultation prior to your piercing appointment to ensure that your anatomy is suitable for the piercing you are requesting (especially concerning navel, VCH, and industrial piercings) as we can not always accurately assess these things through photos.

  • If you are going to be late for your appointment, please notify us at (954) 532-9548 to let us know, and bear in mind that this may or may not require us to reschedule you depending on how booked we are for the day. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so a day in advance. Appointments may not be rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, and deposits will be forfeit. All jewelry sales and services are final, and non refundable.

Minor Specific Policies

  • The State of Florida requires that we have a notarized parental consent form for any and all piercings performed on clients under the age of 18.  Parental consent forms can be picked up in person at the shop, or you can download and print your own form. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Parent or legal guardian must be present for clients 15 years old and younger.

  • If you are late or do not arrive with your notarized parental consent form, then we may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • We do not perform tongue, nipple, surface, or genital piercings on anyone under the age of 18.

  • Minors must be old enough to verbally consent to their piercing procedure, and we do not offer piercing services for infants.

  • Please note, age restrictions apply for certain piercings and are as follows:

  • Earlobes, ages 5 years old and up.

  • Nostrils, most cartilage piercings, septum, eyebrow, and the majority of more common piercings ages 13 years old and up. For any questions regarding specific piercings that may have an age requirement, please feel free to call us.

  • Industrials, lip piercings, and navel piercings ages 16 years and up.


Covid-19 Protocols

Due to the current health situation, we have enacted protocol which all clients must adhere to. Please read the following instructions before booking:

  • We suggest an appointment for jewelry purchases, consultations, jewelry changes, jewelry removals, and piercing services. All appointment deposits are credited toward your service, jewelry purchase, and sterilization measures and remain non refundable. Walk-ins are subject to availability and we may not be able to accommodate you without an appointment. During this time, state and local governments may change their executive orders quite suddenly, and we must abide by them. If state or local orders require us to be closed, or close suddenly, we will communicate this to you via the email address you have provided and reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit. If this situation arises, we ask that you please be patient. Appointment times have been extended to allow for disinfection between clients, so please be aware that if you are late for your appointment we may not be able to service you and you may need to be rescheduled.

  • Arrive in a mask or fabric facial covering of some form, this can not be removed while inside of the shop at any point. Masks are optional for fully vaccinated guests.

  • Sanitize hands immediately upon entering the shop, and remain in the lobby area. Avoid excessively touching surfaces, the jewelry cases, counter tops, etc. Hand sanitizer will be provided and available at the front counter.

  • Please pay with a credit card if possible to minimize potential contamination by handling cash.

  • Do not come in for your appointment and contact us if you have had a fever, cough, traveled abroad, or been diagnosed with an illness within the last 21 days.

We realize these current measures may seem extreme, but our goal is to keep both our clients and our staff as healthy as possible and provide the most sterile and safe environment that we can. PLEASE be considerate of our staff and our current policies, we are all navigating the pandemic together. Abuse of our staff will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse service if this occurs, and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
